ATTENTION TIGER FANS: The Lady Tigers Need YOU to pack the stands for their Last Home Game Tonight!

Hello Tiger Fans!

Tonight is our last home game! Our girls will play in the consolation bracket (4^th place) for the 2013 Lutheran Conference Basketball Tournament. The Lady Tigers will take on the Lady Flyers of Zion Litchfield at 5:30PM this evening. We’ve had quite a few good matchups against Litchfield this year and our girls will need all their fans cheering in the stands tonight! If they win, they’ll play Saturday at 1:00PM for the Consolation trophy at Metro-East Lutheran High School.

PRAIRIETOWN GAME

Our game tonight, Jan. 22, will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran School in Dorsey (Prairietown). The address is: 7182 Renken Rd., Dorsey, IL 62021. Directions can be found on the website. Go to the athletics page and find the blog archive at the right of your screen. Select “August” posts and you will find the directions posted for every school we’ll be traveling to. Email me if you have trouble finding it.

The Girls Team is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and the Boys Team at 7:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive no later than a half hour before the game is scheduled to begin. Athletes should wear their black(boys)/ red(girls) uniforms to “away” games but bring the white one just in case. If athletes wish to wear a T-shirt under their uniform it should match the color of the uniform.

TIGER INVITATIONAL OFF TO A GOOD START

Awesome game last night with the Lady Tigers defeating

Litchfield 22-17 in their first game of the tournament. Way to 

go, Tigers! Girls play tonight against Holy Cross at 4:30pm 

and boys against Litchfield at 8:15pm. Hope to see a whole 

lot of red and white shirts in the stands! GO TIGERS!


The 7th/8th grade class continues to sell concessions 

tonight and tomorrow to raise funds for their class trip. Stop 

by for a chili dog or a slice of pizza to support them and your 

favorite team!


We're also selling TIGER INVITATIONAL T-shirts for a 

bargain deal of $10. Make sure you get one before the end 

of the tournament!
