The
baseball season has officially ended and we thank you all for your involvement
and support of our Blue Jays team. We hope the boys enjoyed their time and will
plan to return next year! Thank you to the coaches, athletes, parents, schools,
and fans who made this first season such a success. Special thanks to Coach Jim Walls for acting as head
coach and Zion-Staunton for hosting all
of our practices. We’re very proud of our boys for entering the
Large School Division and taking home a win. We’re confident we’ll only improve
next year!
We
closed out the season with a Father/Son baseball game which was fun for all
involved! Thank you to the fathers, teachers, and coaches who participated in
this special night with the boys. In addition to our Father/Son game, we
recognized our 8th grade athlete—Brian Parizon—who has participated
in Saint Paul’s athletics all these years. He received a black hoodie with his
name and sport embroidered on it from the Parent-Teacher League. We’ll miss you,
Brian! Thank you for your years with us!
